Please note: Our bespoke products are made to order just for you, so our lead-time is a little longer than usual. We aim to ship orders within 2-3 weeks of receiving your order.

Want to make your gift a little more personal? We can hand-embroider a name or initials onto our knitted and woven products, including creatures, cushions, throws, hot water bottles, scarves and sweaters.

The name you specify will be hand-embroidered by our super seamstress in our London studio.

Please note: Customised items are not returnable unless the product is faulty. Please allow an additional week for embroidery – although we’ll do our best to send out your bespoke item as quickly as we can.
